It is said every picture tells a story, these little boots speak volumes.
The boots were first purchaced at an estate sale in the states in 1969. Please press the more button for more interesting information.
The boots are brown leather and factory made and have been repaired at some point, they have six metal boot buttons on each boot (all original and all still intact), these are not sewn on to the boot but laced in to the boots from the inside.
From heel to toe is 7 inches and from the base of the heel to the top of the ankle is 4 inches. There is a hole in the top of the toe and in the sole of the right foot.
Put these wonderful little boots on a shelf or in a cabinet and they are guaranteed to make a remarkable conversation piece, steeped in social history.

This pair of vintage gilrls red all leather shoes are very Mable Lucy Attwell in style.
The shoes have well worn soles and scuffs to the toes. There have red rubber buttons with metal shank fastening to the bar across the shoes (the right shoes button has fallen off but the button is with the shoe). They are a size 6 and measure 6 inches from heel to toe.
These wonderful little shoes will make a great conversation piece or a delightful addition to any collection.

This is a pair of vintage boys brown leather boots with rubber soles.
The boots have well worn soles and scuffs to the toes.They have leather uppers and rubber soles with a leather repair to the toes of the sole. They are 7.5 inches from heel to toe and measure 3.5 inches from heel to the top of the ankle. They have a fold back ankle detailing. There is old news paper stuffed in side the boots c1947
